We’re really pleased to announce we have won the Best Online User Experience ‘B2C’, for the Ribble Bikebuilder, at the UK Digital Experience Awards 2016 at Park Plaza Riverbank in London.

It was a tough category to even get nominated in let alone win. Our competition included Barclays, Yodel and CITB for best B2C. Last years winner was Direct Line followed by Lloyds Bank so theres some serious competition to go against.


To even get nominated for the awards required a 10 page written pitch about the benefit to the consumer of the functionality. When shortlisted we then conducted a 25 minute presentation in front of a panel of 5 judges. Over 100 companies were present at the ceremony and winners from 2015 included: DFS, London Air Ambulance, British Telecom, Nationwide Building Society, The Metropolitan Police and Lloyds Bank.

We’re all very glad that the excellent customer experience delivered by Ribble’s bikebuilder has been recognised at such a large event.
